Businesses: Philadelphia black biz directory

Additional Information

People who say they want to support Black businesses, but don’t know where they are now have no excuse. In an effort to support and promote Black businesses in the community, Beech Community Services has published the 2019 Philadelphia Black Biz Directory. The directory includes over 400 African-American, African and Caribbean businesses in Philadelphia.

“The businesses in the directory contribute a lot to the economic development of our communities in terms of employment,” said Dr. Ken Scott, CEO of the Beech Companies.  It’s imperative that we support them. As we say, when you support a Black business, you’re supporting Black families. People will no longer be able to say they don’t know where the Black-owned businesses are located in Philadelphia. Much thanks to Santander Bank for their support”
